like i said earlier, i had spoke to keith today. how could the truck engine numbers match the title when the title was purchased with a completly different truck which is sitting at keith's right now. maybe he forgot to pull the original vin plate off the truck, but he told me today that he still had the original at his house and he put the tennessee vin plate on that truck. i know he didn't put the tennessee's truck engine into that truck for it looks the same as it did a few months ago when i was up there.i'm not knocking the truck it's a nice truck. just don't see how it's a 47 numbers matching truck when it's not.although it is a 47 now, it use to be a 46. you just don't get it do you.o.k. so i get it,,you just bought a new vin tag from vpw and stamped it to match the frame and your useing the engine as the title number, which has not been changed by the way. what's wrong with him putting a 47 vin tag on the A post and using the tennessee title to register that truck. Nothing, it just won't match the frame number like the original vin did.i'll call him tomorrow and get the original vin number from him and run the numbers i'll tell you it was way lower than 83903263.keith even said one time they were so low it looked to be a 45 which i've heard is possible that truck could be as early as a 45.like i said i tried to get him to use broadway title.
