It dosent matter how big you build a shop, it will always be too small. I am sure he is building the biggest shop he can afford or can fit due to lot size. Everyone would love a bigger shop but there are reasons we dont all have them. You will always fill the available space. I passed an indoor riding ring today for horses. I thought, "How long would it take to fill that up with old trucks?"
