Hey Bruce
No the truck was incomplete when I got it. Someone else got the pto,cylinder and all. I had only the truck,cab and chassis. No motor, tranny, radiator or hydrualics (sp).. There are a couple more of these trucks up there in New England. One of them's owners is in the Coast Guard and the other is Vermont Commercial Salvage (VCS) or something like that..
