Did you bleed the bleed screws on the booster assembly? they are hard to see sometimes. Is the pedal pushing down very low? Or is it high and hard? If you have no pedal there must still be air. those remote power brake units always get air hung up in them and Must be bled out. Sometimes they have more than one bleed screw.
