So, on my M37 with 6V civilian starter, 12 V electrical system, 12 V civilian coil, and balast resistor, what do I do? There's no solenoid or starter relay, and if I hook it straight to the starter pedal switch, the starter motor will ground out the coil as soon as the pedal is released. How did they do it on the old rigs?
