Distributor removal

Are there any hints on how to remove a distributor that just won't come out? I have removed the holding screw, soaked it with PB Blaster and tried prying it out with a flat bar. I'm going to see if I can get a oil filter wrench to see it that will spin it loose. Any other ideas?
