Actually Marty, I thought those NOS seals were leather when I got them. I had them for a long time and did not take them out of the boxes until I was ready to use them. They had the felt wipers like the leather seals. If this new plan does not work, I will probably go back to the National leather 30308. With a couple of trailer queens like I have, I should not have to worry about dirt or sand. ;^)
