Hi all,

And we all helped to made it happen.

The absurd lawsuits make it more difficult to collect on the valid ones.

Not only is the IC greedy, but so are people who can't take responsibility for their own actions.

As a home contractor, I had an IC want me to leave a big whole in the sheetrock, leave the mold that developed on the wood framing members and close up the wall just so they did not have to pay for the kitchen cabinets to be taken out and installed.

Not only is it against code, but very unhealthy way to live with mold in the walls and a hole to breathe it in.

I am still fighting State Farm regarding my truck accident. Everytime they tell me why they feel I am also at fault, I prove them wrong and the change their version.

Then I prove the new version wrong and they come up with something else.

I now have an attorney on the case and I have done a lot of leg work. I also charged the other driver with 2 traffic offences and he easily pled guilty to one of them.

That now can be used in a civil suit against the IC.

I told my attorny that I really want to change the IC with insurance fraud. Not becuase they are investigating the accident, but because of their ever changing versions and doing whatever they can in an underhanded way to not pay.

The sad part is, when they do pay, they just turn around and charge a higher premium to their policyholder.

I am willing to fight since I am sick of the IC telling doctors how to treat, mechanics how to fix a car, and contractors how to build.
