Anyone found a Better New Carb that fits?

This may have been talked about befor but has anyone found a better modern 1 Barrel Carb for the 230 CID Engine? Just wondering if the modern ones now days are as good or better as the old ones were? Not ready to change yet but with the cost of fuel it was a thought. Mark H.
