Not sure but I seem to recall that pretty much all the old US winch manufacturers (Braden, Carco, Garwood, & Tulsa) have been merged and acquired over the years and whats left of them is now part of Paccar. I have a phone number for them, (918)251-8511, but when I was looking for parts for a carco winch years ago they weren't very helpful. The M35 6x6s use a 10,000 lb Garwood winch on the front. If that's the same as yours, surplus parts are readily available. I'm away from my trucks so I can't check the model numbers. You might call Memphis, (901)774-0600, and see if anybody there can tell you something about it.
