I used Broadway Title and had full cooperation from them when the county clerk wouldn't accept the paperwork as sufficient to issue a title. The county clerk stated in a letter to me that I had to have a title to get a title - nothing else would do. Needless to say, in the next local election, I'm fully supporting anyone else who may run againt the present county clerk. I sold the WC-51 to Mac in Texas because I couldn't get a title here. Broadway Title offered to help Mac with getting a title in Texas. My experience with Broadway Title has all been good - my experience with the local county clerk has all been bad.
