Clinch on nuts for back bed panel

Hello all, Does anyone know where one can purchase the original clinch on nuts that were used on the pick-up bed back panels. They were used on the sides and the bottom of the channel of the back panel to secure it to the wood floor. I have a 41 WC-12 pick-up. I believe they were used all the way up to the 60's and 70's stepside beds. Any leads would be appreciated.
