being in the business I doubt if the Warranty
Turbo has been returned things do not happen that quickly in any dealership (one day)
Turbos are replaced as a unit so they would never have any reason to take it apart and if they did it would probably mean the factory would not cover the warranty on the part.
regards the qualifications:
DC has a very strict policy:
the technician must have been certified (met all training requirements) in the area or the
dealership cannot let him do warranty work in that field (If they do the complete claim will be DENIED/NOT PAID/CHARGED BACK)
