Combat rims or split rims for WM300

How would the combat rims run with 11:00x16 non-radials? Do the 9:00x16 tires run more smoothly on these rims?

I'm seeking anyones input before I purchase tires for the combat rims because I'm concerned they may not run as smoothly as split rims? If so then I would just go ahead an sell the combats and purchase split rims.
