I used POR-15 on several outdoor projects and found that it fades and starts to chalk off after two years. It breaks down in sunlight. I think the power wagon frame rails behind the front bumpers and winch would oxidize and fade after just a couple years. Probably the rear frame rail where the pintle hook attaches too.

I would paint with PPG, but if you have money to burn, you could sandblast, have it sprayed with a hot zinc coating and then powder coat over that.
