If I had to do it over again I would only take the money when the truck was picked up! I also would keep the title in my name during that time. If there were some problems starting to accure the deal would be off and I could sell it to someone else. This way the buyer has to follow thru with what they say or the truck could be up for sale again. Real simple, no legal hassles, no tie up of someones time. Mark H.
