The 4 cyl diesels fit a PW quite well with no sheet metal cutting. The Cummins 4B series is popular since many modern overdrive transmissions will bolt right up. Dont know anything about the enging you mention on Ebay.

To put a Diesel in a Power Wagon will cost at least $8000 done correctly with modern OD tranny, with you doing all the fabrication. If you have to hire work out, cost will skyrocket You should also add power disk brakes and power steering for more control at higher speeds and weight. The addition of 4.89 ring and pinions will be needed along with the OD tranny. Its a VERY costly venture.

Regarding your other question....if your single and unattached be careful. The chicks will be over you like water on sand. They will do terrible things to you just to get a ride in your PW. Best is 2 PW's, one for morning and one for afternoon, keeps'em guessing
