Thanks, Rob. Between the doors, I have about half an inch. Pretty bad. I think I'm going to have a good bit of grinding and welding to do, but I think it is doable. Regarding additional cab mounts, I don't know if that would be a good idea. At Ouray last year I was getting a good bit of flex. I would guess the frame will flex more than the cab and that a crewcab will flex more than a regular cab. At some points I was hearing some interesting noises (probably rusty sheet metal tearing) and was concerned about my windshield. Sure was fun and exciting, though! :) Maybe a stiffer cab with a single point rear mount would be good; I know some people have done that with regular cabs. I'd like to have the truck structurally sound for this year's run in August.
