I learned about it on a boat trailer. My brother inherited a boat that his father in law had driven to Jackson Hole from Mt Helix for 12 years, at 45 mph, fishtailing all the way. Once we moved the slider 12 inches, problem solved. He was lawyer. Figured to make it easier to load with zero hitch weight. Oh well...
