wc 63 question

can anyone tell me if the winch on the front of a wc 63 was a bolt on useing frame extensions like the ffpw? or were they one piece frame rails ? to turn a wc63 into a wc62 would you have to cut the frame horns off? don't worry i have no intentions of doing so! just trying to determine if the truck i located was cut or not.
