I've only seen a 6BT put in an early P/W once & it requires fairly major modifiction to the body to make it fit. I don't think you would ever have room for an intercooler so you'd be talking a pre 1991.5 First Gen Cummins but you need to lengthen the hood to do it. I persnally think a 4BT's a way better choice.
Even in the W500 the Cummins is just way too big....too wide in the front.
