There's a lot of good parts on that, but a new owner will have trouble with the title since the number they quote is presumably from the cab plate - which won't match the chassis.
The body is civilian and mostly junk, as is a lot of the cab (note how they cut out the instrument pods) even the winch controls are missing, but a good parts source for someone.
