My understanding is that everything that was built for that was actually shipped out there Peter, and when it got there it was used hard and recycled after it gave up.
I don't know anyone, anywhere, that has a surviving heavy duty 4 x 2 of that type, although you can see on the list Rick Jones' 4 x 2 3 ton VK 62B bus and there are a few survivors of the 41-up 4 x 2 3 tons made in Canada - T110 code D60L and D60S trucks.
