It looks it from the location and the condition of the vehicle. I guess they told you they plan to restore it too. Come back five years from now and it'll still be there, only in worse condition. Why do people hold onto things they obviously have no further use for? Shame, but that vehicle will probably succumb to the elements because of its lazy owner..
