you need to remove the lock ring before you
can use any tool on the inside bead to try and remove the tire
the lock ring is the inner bead surface and has 60+ years of rust holding it to the bead of the tire
the run flat combat piece is between the beads to keep them from coming loose if the tire deflates
the tire beads have a wire/cable inner core
which all the plys wrap around to make up the bead
you are not going to chisel thru those
and remember
the normal bead breakers pushes the bead down into the center of the wheel to get it loose from the rim and you cannot do that
so if you cannot get the lock rim off
a sawsall to cut the tire and a cutting torch
to cut the bead might be the no sweat way to go - DO NOT WANT TO GET THE TIRE BURNING !!
will be smokey & stinky
remember - no one working in any tire shop today has ever seen a combat wheel with the run flat ring
