Thanks for the info Ray. I think the problem is that he originally had 2 piece door glass and someone converted it to one piece glass(possible) without changing the regulators and just reinstalled the door glass channels. No wonder they wore out, a lot of off center pushing going on when you do that. Thanks again, Kevin
