Wow, so I'm not the only crazy one, I have owned a dozen or more Land Rovers over the years and can rebuild them in my sleep. Your's looks like a mid to late 60's "88" military. Then I discovered Power Wagons, and now am completely hooked. As for your engine I would recomend finding a runner out of any old Dodge car or truck and rebuilding that. Original counts at the end of the day.
