Ray, your setup is similar to mine.
I used the same gear box, but I put it above the frame because I didn't want to notch the frame, and I used a short piece of ford mini van steering column(2 u-joints and a slip yoke)to allow for the steering shaft offset. I used a jeep pump mounted in the same place and a 1/2" belt around all four pulleys. I'm going to use the GM hydroboost hydraulic power brake unit, I think I can fit it in the stock location.
