Could it possibly have been a replacement hood? Maybe the PW was to have been added in the field after installing the new part. This same hood might have fit something which did not have the PW logo. That would have eliminated the need to stock two different parts, one with logo mounting holes and one without. I have seen replacement parts which did not have the scripts or logos attached and had to be bought. Just a thought.
