You are being criticized for belittling other people for their thoughts, in a demeaning way. There's very little of this on this Forum. There are quite a few disagreements, some very vehement, especially about subjects dear to my heart like re-powering vehicles and other powertrain modifications. so what if people are nitpicking? That's no reason to call them "a pain in the ass". I am sorry I upset you by referring to the waste products of poultry. I think anyone who is familiar with me knows that sort of thinking and expression is alien to me except as a reciprocation. It would be better, if you don't think much of someone's ideas, to rationally explain why, or keep silence. If you are sensitive to name-calling, then perhaps you might consider not doing it. And again, it seems not coincidental that people who don't leave any identifying information often feel free to make insulting comments to others. there are many on this Forum who know my E-mail address, my home and work phone #s, and even my home address. Can you say the same? Does it matter? I think so; newspapers won't publish anonymous letters to the editor.
