The discussion can be more free-flowing if we eliminate all model designations in this forum, like you have eliminated all capital letters in your posting. That alone is quite telling about the effort you make to communicate coherently. I am not among your "we" and you don't speak for me in your tiny print. Accuracy and precision in communications, even though painful to the knowledge-impaired, is well worth the pain. No pain, no gain. Because this website deals with far more than just true civilian Power Wagons, it is all the more important to accurately describe the truck one is referring to.

By the way, what is a "matching numbers" Dodge? I never heard of those before, so please educate me. Do you import those? Is it like a GPW? How can I identify one?

I disagree with your thoughts and think Gordon raises an important point. I'd think that as an importer and dealer, you would value accuracy in describing the vehicles you bring over and sell here. And why don't you correct and educate the people who think your command car and M-37 are tiny type one-word "powerwagons" instead of indulging their misconceptions and validating their mispelling? It can be done gently in an understanding and unoffensive manner (though I may not be the best coach on that) . Or is life simply too short and that job too overwhelming? And what is wrong with accuracy resulting from research and study of old Dodge 4X4 trucks? I'd hate to see this become the Dodge truck slug and sloth forum. Just my two cents, with change.
