But your truck's designer and manufacturer, Chrysler Corporation, designated it a M-37, not a Power Wagon. Power Wagon was used as a model name primarily for civilian trucks. The M-601 and M-615 may properly be called military Power Wagons because they are civilian trucks specifically modified for military use which came from the factory with "POWER WAGON" emblems on their hood sides. Your M-37 did not. It is not a military Power Wagon, notwithstanding any similarity in drivetrain. The W100/W200 trucks had a far more different drive train from the old WDX style trucks than does your M-37, but they were called Power Wagons and your M-37 was not. Drive train similarity is irrelevant to model designation. Don't promote confusion by calling your M-37 a Power Wagon.
