I bought a bell, f/wheel and starter taken off a truck with a 383. The flywheel has a neutral balance. My 440 has a steel crank and was balanced when it was built, and intended to be an automatic. I have another bell and flywheel I pulled from a D100/383 if you want, I can take a look to see if it's different from the one I installed on my truck. Send me an email and let me know.
