The going price on one restored (depending on a lot of variables) is any where from $12,000 to $25,000. The command cars are bringing higher prices all the time due to more people getting into this sport, thier somewhat limited numbers and they are one of the coolest looking models. You didn't mention the sheet metal condition but 90% of what it is worth right now depends on that. Yes there was a back seat. The seats and top bows are usually the hardest parts to find for these. The seats are being reproduced by a guy out west. There were 12v models in WWII. Any vehicles with radio equip. was 12v. I don't recall if all command cars were but it may have been originally 12v. There are command cars out there with v8s and if you street rod it that's your buisness but on a vehicle that brings premium collector prices it wouldn't help on your dollar return later to do that. Some had winches some didn't. Adding the winch isn't going to hurt anything as long as you keep with Dodge Equipment and just bolt on. You ask about the floor, was the back of this cut off or something? That will change the going price a little too. What ever the case get it because you can't loose if it's not much money. Can't give you a price of what it is worth now with out a discription of what's missing and the condition of what is left.
