Actually made some headway on my truck! Removed the big utility body that was on it for 30 years and sold it, (boy, was that thing HEAVY!) made a hitch plate on the back of the frame, mounted a hydraulic hoist, pump and reservoir, made a new pto shaft from the transfer case to the pump, then waited 3 weeks for the platform body. Saturday morning it finally arrived and I was there waiting for it. Had the day off today and buttoned things up, hung mudflaps, made a quickie set of sideboards, I finally have a useable truck. Everything worked the first try, all in all, it was a fun project. I didn't have it together in time for the rally in Webster, Mass, but I sure am looking forward to bringing it to Glastonbury in Dec. Hope to see you there.
