I could not agree more. Sueing is becoming too common and it is the easy way out. Our parent corporation once received a notice they were being sued for some sort of injury from an employee who was using one of their sewing machines. Our parent company makes aerospace bolts! So they had to pay their corporate attorney to go to court and explain the error that the sueing attorney made. That wasn't free!
