No use looking, if you want one you're going to have to do what Tom did, build it yourself.
George Wellman has one, there's one rotting away in Canada that the guy wants a King's ransom for, and there was one that was sold by Green Valentine (located in Memphis I believe?) a dozen years ago. If anymore exist they are well and truly hidden.
