Hard to see, I tried to rub chalk in the numbers, but you get the idea. The driver's side has no numbers.
Best I could make out on the numbers - 2461514928
It looks like a 1965 frame, but the number looks high. The last three numbers were barely readable.
1965 WM300 serial begins at 246-1430000
1966 WM300 serial begins at 2461548000
