they have not changed in 40 plus years
deny claim right away
just like the movie "The Rainmaker"
they did the same thing to us in 1964
neighbor backed into the side of my wifes car
while it was parked "claim denied"
had to go round & round - then they insisted that the estimate come from one of "their" approved body shops ( aka the worst in the area )
but hey maybe ours was just an isolated case
who knows ?

if you see a vehicle with a "State Farm" sticker pull off the road let them get by
