I doubt if it is ice because it works one minute and not the next.
I never ran with this carb before and don't know its history. I guess I should have gone through the govenor setting proceedures but I figured I would try it first. I really don't know how to set it but will look in the book.
The stud is not hitting the carb. I am not sure if I have the spacer plate. Is it important?
