About 25% of the time when I push the accelerator pedal the throttle plate does not open. This is on the old square top carburator. It is a used carb that I rebuilt, but I didn't mess w/ the governor settings. I think I need to put a little more tension in one of the governor springs, probably the little one.
Also, it idles with the idle mixture screw turned all the way in. I guess the seat for the idle screw is worn or something. Anybody see this before?
