I bought a used set of hummer tires on e-bay and they were supposed to have 75-80% wear left. When I got them only one was in that condition and the rest were worthless. I e-mailed the seller and when he wouldn't respond, I left negative feedback. Still no answer. When buying on e-bay its up to the seller to make things right, and if they have no honor, you're hosed.
