For those of you who live in Michigan, surrounding states, or where ever the City of Detroit is closing the Belle Isle Aquarium. The rumored data is March 1, 2005. So there is not much time left to visit this amazing place. Built in 1904 it is the oldest continually operating aquarium in the United States. Please check out their web site at the link below. There is a gathering at 2 PM on February 20, 2005 to show your support for the Belle Isle Aquarium. Information about the gathering and what you can do to help can be found at their web site. Please try to attend or sign the petition on line. Thanks
