Hi Dave, Although I have never tried polishing my Warn hubs, I do have lots of experience polishing aircraft (aluminum) and think you should have some success polishing your hubs. Because of all the nooks and crannies I would recomend using a small buff on the end of a drill with a compound for aluminum. Eastwood comp. has some nice kits for what your doing. www.eastwood.com If they are heavily corroded start with aluminum cleaner (Dupont 225S avalible at any Auto paint store) and a Scotchbright pad, then you can switch to a polish. A word of warning...once you see that mirror finish, you won't be able to stop.
