WM300 frame tube is short. Mine is heavily sealed/tared behind the seat area. It may be sound. As far as being dirty, they all look like that. Floor rust thru right of brake peddle, broken weld base of door frame, rotting radiator. Bed will take some work. Glass is there. Door handles not drooping. Fairly complete.
