Abu prison pictures where the guards beat up the prisoners where online and were declared to be in the public domain and the owner of the pictures, a wife of a soldier, was found to have no case for proceeds from the pictures, i beleive it was also on a similar photo"sharing" website, you might explain to the site how the pic above is any different, his image was in a imageevent site, if was lifted, allegely, now it has apeared on a clock, he did not create the clock, somebody else found a picture unblocked on the web and used it and now after the bull has got out of the barn is griping, look how many pictures are lifted on this site regularly, it is the web and you are behind the times, i guess you must be a barrister???lmao
