I hope your truck is not overloaded, have you weighed it with full tanks of h2o and fuel and all the extra fire stuff you have installed?? Maybe the guy the had the truck before you put some junk wheel on it and tires to jet it??? WHat was it doing before you got it??? Bet it was hauling rock or something with a bed, real easy to overload it, especially makes sense with the drums and brakes worn out that you replaced few post ago. I still would get some floation tires for the front in 22.5 and some 12 x20 or 11x22 or even 12x24 tires for the back located, water trucks are always having to go to ruff area's in a hurry, good luck and glad you caught this and brought it to the forum, i bet everybody will take OTN advice and look very closely at there wheel and tightening next time, beautiful truck by the way!!!
