Unless the photographer explicitly gave you the commercial rights to the picture, neither you "the restorer" nor "the owner" of the truck have any actionable claims.

Assuming that you have the commercial rights to the photograph you could pursue a copyright infingement claims in court. However, the cost of such litigation and the loss of your personal time is sure to be far greater that any royalties that you are likely to recover.

You can complain to ImageEvent (see their policy about unauthorized commercial use of your images stored on their site) and they will probably send him an e-mail telling him to cease using the image.

You can complain to e-bay about the non-authorized use of your image in his product and they may pull the auction, if you can provide proof you have ownership of the image.

You can write to Dodge and tell them that someone is using their logo, which he may or may not have permission to do and they might send him a cease and desist letter.

Personal satisfaction aside though, is it worth your time?
