The minimum angle is 1 degree, you have that lateraly, so no need to raise anything. Except maybe oil pan clearance issue? Shifting to the left would help, if you can cut the lateral offset to about half of what you've got. Can you swap exhaust manifolds? Put one on upside down? and/or backwards to clear frame rail? Van manifold?

Rather than notching my frame rail for a power steering box, I heated the area red hot and bent the edge upwards to vertical. Use an old fashioned monkey wrench as the lever, work back and forth to do it neatly. It looked pretty stock, and didn't create as much 'stress riser' as a notch would have. Some pickups have rear shock clearance done this way, 70's F250?
