I wish I had a picture of my SA200 Lincoln I could post. My dad bought it for me for a graduation gift a few years ago. I use it periodically, but not nearly as much as I would like or it deserves. As far as it's "gas mileage" I would say it's pretty fair. My dad has an identical one that he used to use when he was working for a local logging company. When he first started working there they let him use the company welder, a later model Lincoln with a twin cylinder Onan I think. He said it was really hard to start and burned twice as much fuel. So he made a deal with the company and they rented his welder from him. Eventually one of the valves got "burned"????? But he said he burned half as much fuel and had twice the duty cycle with the bigger, older machine. He currently uses a Miller Bobcat which he says is alright, but same scenario twice the fuel for half the duty cycle.
